Reacto 900 Track Bike

The Merida Reacto Track 900 is a track bike built to help you ride at your best. The Reacto Track bike is built with a triple butted alloy frame which is light and tough with an excellent stiffness-to-weight ratio. The frame is designed around Merida's aero concept tube profiling which ensures that the air moves around the tube as if the missing rear section of the profile was present, saving materials and weight.

The aggressive racing geometry is paired with a full carbon fork which offers a smooth ride. It has single speed gearing and a SRAM Omnium Crankset. The Merida Expert Rims are matched with Maxxis Dolomites 700x23 tyres which are built for flat out speed. The Merida Reacto Track 900 is a raw performance beast which is built for explosive power on the track.

Features 66 Triple Butted Aluminium: Our proven high-end aluminium (6066) is extremely light and robust. With triple-butted hydroforming pipes, we can give the material the best possible stiffness-to-weight ratio.

X-Taper Headtube: The use of a steerer tube with 1 1/8 "bearings on top and 1 1/4" or 1 1/2 "bearings on the underside ensures maximum rigidity and precise, safe steering behaviour that inspires confidence.

NACA Fastback Profiles: Our aero concept is based on a NACA0028 drop profile (National Advisory Committee for Aeronautics) that is cut off at the back. The air moves around the tube as if the missing rear section of the profile were present; this saves material and weight.
