For those carrying heavy loads, the pannier can be paired with the Basil Distance Holder (sold separately), which prevents it from getting caught in your bike’s spokes.
Attaching the Basil City double pannier to your luggage carrier is a breeze with the Universal Bridge system. You can use the pre-assembled straps, or opt for the Basil DBS system (removable luggage carrier plates) or an adapter plate like MIK, both of which are available separately.
