Where We Ship

We currently ship to all Australian states and territories. (At this time we do not offer international shipping.)

Processing Time

Orders are packed and dispatched within 1 business day of payment.

Delivery Times

  • Standard Shipping (Australia Post): 3–5 business days
  • Express Shipping (Australia Post Express): 1–2 business days

Delivery times may vary for remote areas or during peak periods.

Shipping Costs

  • Standard: $15 flat rate (for small items)
  • Express: Available (for small items)
  • Free Standard Shipping: Orders over $100 on parcels under 3kg
  • Bikes: $250+
  • E-Bikes: $350+

Tracking details are emailed to you as soon as your order is on its way.

Returns & Refunds

We want you to love your purchase. If you change your mind or your item isn’t quite right, you can return it.

Return Window

Items can be returned within 30 days of delivery.

Condition of Goods

Returned items must be new, unused, and in original packaging with all tags attached.

How to Start a Return

  1. Email bikes@glenparker.com with your order number and reason for return.
  2. We’ll send you a Return Authorisation and instructions.
  3. Pack your item securely and send it back using the address provided.

Return Postage

  • If the item is faulty, damaged, or we sent the wrong product: we cover the return shipping.
  • For change-of-mind returns: customers pay the return postage.

Refunds

Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5 business days of receiving your return. Your bank or card provider may take a further 5–10 business days to show the credit.

Exclusions

Custom-ordered bikes, clearance items, and gift cards cannot be returned unless faulty.

Returns Policy

You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).

You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).

If you need to return an item, please Contact Us with your order number and details about the product you would like to return. We will respond quickly with instructions for how to return items from your order.

Shipping

We can ship to virtually any address in the world. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations.

When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Depending on the shipping provider you choose, shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page.

Please also note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based. The weight of any such item can be found on its detail page. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full pound.
